The Qalandars have made up their minds of eight players and have decided to release Fakhr Zaman.
Fakhr Zaman announced on social media that he would not be with the Qalandars this time. He thanked the Lahore Qalandars for giving him the memorable moments of the last four years and the opportunity to build a career.
A message from PSL's official account said that Fakhr Zaman will be in action with the new team this time, but according to the rules, Fakhr Zaman, who is in the platinum category, will be in the players' draft after his release from Lahore. Will go from where they will be selected.
On the other hand, sources said that Qalandars have agreed to retain Muhammad Hafeez, Haris Rauf, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Dilbar Hussain, Ben Dunk, David Weissa and Sumat Patel.
